The funny thing is that the local IT firms (including the biggest ones) are complaining that the &quot;outsiders&quot;, such as Accenture, Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and IBM Global Services, are pushing up salaries!

That&#039;s right — the local companies blame the Americans who hiring thousands of Indians for making outsourcing... les competitive ; )

This situation should be nominated for the &quot;posterchild for irony&quot; awards (if such awards existed, of course).</description>
